Schedule Commitment
Works a standard 40-hour work week with the ability to work 4 10-hour shifts Wednesday-Saturday.
Pay Plan
This opportunity is non-exempt and on Pay Grade #10. The full Pay Grade Range is shown for growth and development opportunities within the grade.
Salary determination is supported by budget availability and qualifications of the candidate to maintain internal equity.
Hiring Range: $24.44-$29.94- Min $24.44 ($50,842)
- Mid $29.94 ($62,275)
- Max $35.44 ($73,708)

Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience with the operation of small hand and power tools
- Possession of CPO or AFO, or the ability to obtain within 6 months post-hire
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) by the National Swimming Pool Foundation
- Aquatic Facility Operator" (AFO) by the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA)
- Valid State of Texas Driver's License with a good driving record
- Aquatics related maintenance experience, such as pump repairs and chemical monitoring is preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Knowledge- Knowledge of automated pool systems such as UV and chemical controllers.
- Knowledge of the operation of a personal computer, calculator, photocopier, facsimile machine, telephone, public address system, lamination machines, and other basic office equipment.
- Knowledge of small hand tools used for minor repairs or adjustments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to write reports and general business correspondence.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret pool chemistry test kits.
- Ability to operate a computerized pool filtration and chemistry system.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to resolve conflict diplomatically while being flexible and creative in problem-solving.

Salary : $24 - $30
