Pay Plan
This opportunity is non-exempt and on Pay Grade #11. The full Pay Grade range is shown for growth and development opportunities within the grade. Salary determination is supported by budget availability and qualifications of the candidate to maintain internal equity.
Hiring Range: Min-Max
Min $25.66 ($53,375)
Mid $31.43 ($65,378)
Max $37.20 ($77,382)

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years of experience in automotive and/or truck repair
- 1 year of experience with small engine repair
- At least one ASE certification in Automotive or Heavy Truck
- Mobile A/C certification (MACS or equivalent)
- Class C Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Must supply own tools and toolboxes
- Maintain all licenses and certifications during employment
- Heavy equipment repair experience
- Master ASE certification (Master Medium/Heavy Truck Technician or Master Automobile Technician) – or the ability to obtain within 18 months post-hire
- Official State of Texas Vehicle Inspector certification – or the ability to obtain within 6 months post-hire
- Class B CDL Texas Driver’s License – or the ability to obtain within 12 months post-hire
