Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, develop automation scripts, and optimize operations for efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows to improve business processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation scripts and deployed bots.
- Monitor and maintain RPA bots, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Document process automation designs, workflows, and best practices.
- Identify and implement enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with security, quality, and governance standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or VBScript.
- Experience with process analysis, design, and automation.
- Familiarity with database management and query languages (SQL).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, OCR, and cognitive automation technologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- RPA Developer certification (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere).
- Experience with workflow automation, API integration, and scripting.
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
