JOB DESCRIPTION
A Sales Executive in our Sales department is responsible for new business wins with both existing clients as well as hunting for opportunities with new clients. As such, with this role a self-starter is a must. There is also a need to ensure proper handoffs and communication once business is won. This requires a strong understanding of global trade and the ability to engage across the Copper Hill organization with an out-going, engaging personality. Relationships are a must in this role both with internal team members as well as clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cultivate and manage existing client relationships, acting as a key point of contact, understanding their needs, and addressing concerns as part of the Copper Hill account team with the goal of enhancing loyalty and satisfaction while driving additional business.
• Actively identify potential new clients through networking, market research, and outreach to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to qualify leads, present tailored solutions, and close deals.
• Meet or exceed individual sales quotas by effectively managing the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
• Develop customized sales strategies for each client based on their specific needs and goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams like marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management on account status and progress.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3 Years of experience selling software and services related to global trade.
