**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate quality systems, clinical practice guidelines, specialty programs, regulations, and enforcement, as well as clinical safe business practices.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and document staff development programs, including orientation, in-service, and continuing education programs.
- Oversight of general application of infection control guidelines and coordination of an infection prevention and control program.
- Implement and document the orientation plan for nursing staff and contractors.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan, coordinate, and conduct training related to federal, state, local, and company requirements.
- Provide ongoing education related to quality management systems and quality improvement initiatives.
