Delegating Nurse, RN, Part-time
Copper Ridge Assisted Living is searching for a part-time Delegating Nurse RN. We are looking for a part-time Delegating Nurse with the high-energy skills to work part-time and serve as our back-up delegating nurse for our Assisted Living. The part-time Delegating Nurse will help manage the clinical oversight of resident care in the Assisted Living community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform an initial and 45-day assessment during the site visit to the home. The follow-up site visit must occur at a minimum of every forty-five (45) days.
- Assessing the clinical status of the resident every 45 days.
- Assessing the competency of the medication assistant administering medication at the same time as the 45-day site visit.
- Assessing the task to be delegated included complexity.
- Assessing the environment in which the task is to be performed.
- Determining the instruction and frequency of supervision required to monitor the caregiver.
- Must hold a valid and unencumbered Maryland RN license in good standing
- Delegating Nurse Certificate required
- You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
- Up to date BLS, First Aid and CPR certification
