- Oversight of healthcare departments, including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, Wellness services, Dental Care, and Specialty Clinic Services
- Collaboration with directors to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our Promise Statement
- Leadership of rigorous financial feasibility studies for changes or expansions of existing service lines
- Analyzing operations for cost management and performance improvement
