About the Role
The COO-HS will be responsible for collaborating with our Senior Management Team (SMT) to develop and implement the strategic plan, aligning all healthcare departments with each other and with our Promise Statement.
Additionally, the COO-HS will oversee all operational aspects of the healthcare departments, leading and supporting directors to achieve exceptional customer service, quality of care, and cost control.
