Job Description
The COO-HS will be responsible for overseeing all healthcare service operations, including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, Wellness, Dental Care, and Specialty Clinic Services. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve healthcare operations, leading and supporting directors, and analyzing operations for cost management and performance.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare operations, including reducing costs and improving quality of care.
- Lead and support directors in achieving exceptional customer service, quality of care, and cost control.
- Analyze operations for cost management and performance, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Healthcare Administration.
- At least five years of experience in healthcare, including team leadership and direct supervision.
- Strong financial, strategic planning, and business development skills.
