Activities Director

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate kindness and dignity during resident interactions
- Provide companionship and build rapport with residents
- Develop and coordinate a diverse range of activities to cater to the interests and needs of residents
- Plan and coordinate a variety of activities, events, and outings to promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and overall well-being
- Conduct assessments to identify individual resident needs and preferences, and tailor activities accordingly
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Collaborate with staff to integrate activities into the overall care plan for residents
- Maintain accurate records of activity participation and resident preferences
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to promote engagement and participation
- Manage schedules and ensure timely delivery of activities and events
- Follow HIPAA and all other Copper Springs policies

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
