Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is looking for a Maintenance Understudy to join our team. You will work with our maintenance personnel collaboratively, scheduling maintenance plans, and perform periodic preventative maintenance to ensure that both the life expectancy of our equipment and the safety of our employees are guaranteed.
This position will train and learn every department in the facility including, stocking, receiving, production. order pulling and shipping before moving on to maintenance.

a breadth of knowledge encompassing cooler maintenance, equipment maintenance, building and facility maintenance is a plus

Working knowledge of power tools, hand tools and common appliances is a plus
- Must be able to assume the role of other maintenance employees when off
- At times clean common areas and facility as needed including restrooms
- Must be bilingual

Leadership Requirements:
- Participate in ongoing operational, safety, and technical training programs.
- Actively Identifies potential safety hazards throughout the facility and implements preventative measures to avoid injuries and reduce the risk of future problems.
- Willingness to assist on any maintenance project
Shift:
M-F, 5:00 am - 1:30pm
