Job Description:
The Project Manager at Coppera, LLC plays a pivotal role in leading and managing construction projects to ensure their success, profitability, and client satisfaction. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closeout, while adhering to the company's mission, vision, and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Construction Projects:
- Ensure project goals in time, scope, budget, and revenue are met.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
- Client Communication:
- Maintain daily communication with clients, promptly addressing concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight:
- Vigilantly monitor and control job budgets.
- Track expenses and review material requisitions.
- Team Development:
- Train and develop the project team.
- Implement and uphold the highest standards of project management, known as "The Coppera Way."
- Quality Control:
- Collaborate with Quality Control in the hiring and firing of subcontractors.
