Your Impact
- Lead the Team: Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Schedule Efficiently: Plan department schedules in line with census requirements.
- Ensure Cleanliness: Perform and oversee duties such as mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and disinfecting to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Inspect and Monitor: Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper sanitation, infection control, and adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Train Staff: Provide job-specific training and enforce proper laundry and cleaning techniques to prevent infection and maintain hygiene.
- Support Operations: Stock supply rooms and oversee the consistent delivery of clean linen and personal laundry.
