Housekeeping

Overview:

We have an opening for a qualified part time Housekeeper to work at our property Wine Ridge RV Resort & Cottages located in Pahrump, AZ 89048. This is an active park with 129 RV sites, 42 Cottage rentals, and 4 Casitas. The park has a wide array of amenities and community activities for all ages.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that every environment is not only clean but also welcoming. Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Sanitizing Cottages - responsible for cleaning and disinfecting the cottages, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living room and etc...
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas clean.
• Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
• Scheduling staff shifts and organizing cleaning schedules.
• Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
• Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
• Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
• Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
• Communicating with park manager for check-ins and check-outs. Communicating with maintenance when things need to be replaced.
• Ability to lift boxes and equipment up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with various cleaning products and their appropriate uses.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques in cleaning and sanitation.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Attributes - Reliable, honest, hard-working, good writing skills, attention to detail, ability to focus on work, proactive problem solver. Positive attitude, strong work ethic.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Weekends only

Supplemental Pay:
