Overview
We are a leading vacation rental management company in St. George, UT. Our team is looking to add dedicated Housekeepers who are passionate about creating clean, welcoming spaces for our guests. We use mobile apps for managing tasks and reporting, so being comfortable with technology is a plus. Driving between units and supply garages is required.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming in each unit
- Follow our detailed company's cleaning procedures to ensure units are guest-ready, including:
- Laundry: wash and replace bed linens and towels
- Stock: restock consumables and stage rooms according to our guidelines
- Inspection: check all lights, remotes, and TVs; report or resolve issues
- Deep clean as needed: baseboards, window tracks, patios, etc.
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned and staged according to our standards
- Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues immediately
- Follow health and safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Use mobile apps to update cleaning progress and report issues
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between properties and supply garages
- Must have a smart phone with reliable signal and with the ability to use apps for work-related tasks. Basic tech-savviness is preferred, as our team uses apps for tracking cleaning tasks and reporting
- Ability to work independently, while maintaining integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to speak, read, and communicate in English
- Ability to follow specific cleaning procedures and staging guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Below is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
- Hires with little or no experience: $14 an hour
- 2-4 years of experience: $15-$17 an hour
- 5 years of experience: $18 an hour
