What are the responsibilities and job description for the Park Operations Office/Front Desk position at Copperwood Communities?
Copperwood Communities, headquartered in Gilbert, AZ, is a successful family-owned investor and operator of affordable housing and resort properties in Arizona and Nevada. We have an opening for two qualified part-time customer service and office assistant to work at our properties in North Phoenix - Deserts Edge RV Park and Deer Valley RV Park.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience – phone, email, and in person, minimum 3 years.
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner. Friendly, outgoing, consistent, good follow through.
- Customer service software applications experience. Ability to enter data accurately and check your work.
- Microsoft Productivity Software experience – Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience with reservation software - preferred Firefly.
- Experience in maintaining customer records and confidentiality.
- Some bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic.
- Opportunity to grow and take on additional responsibilities.
- High School graduate or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred and desire to continue learning.
- Attributes - Reliable, honest, hard-working, basic math skills, good writing skills, attention to detail, ability to focus on work, proactive problem solver.
- Experience in a small office setting preferred.
- Experience in reading and handling tenant leases, rental agreements, rules and policies valued.
- Team oriented and committed to continued success of the company.
- Valid Driver License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift boxes and equipment up to 35 lbs.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Part-time: 25 -35 hours per week
Compensation starting at $16, depending on experience.
Schedule: Friday- Monday, Time: To be determine.
