Location: Copy Cat Graphics & Signs, 3900 S Tumwater Truck Rt, Port Angeles, WA 98363
Working Hours: Full-time (March-December), Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 4:15 PM. Part-time (2-3 days a week) in January and February.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Receptionist/Graphic Designer to join our team at Copy Cat Graphics & Signs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks with ease, and maintain a positive attitude throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Filter and manage emails effectively.
- Multitask by handling multiple orders from start to finish.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator for graphic design tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator is required.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
