Duties Include:
- Maintain and repair copiers & printers at various customer locations
- Troubleshoot/diagnose digital copier/printer problems in a connected environment
- Interact with customers to determine service needs on equipment & ensure overall customer satisfaction with the service performed
- Install all manufacturer-mandated equipment modifications & updates on assigned equipment
- Maintain & manage parts inventory
Additional Qualifications Include:
- A strong work ethic is required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Professional & well-groomed
- Ability to work independently
- Computer networking experience is a plus, but not required
- Mechanical background a plus, but not required - must have a strong mechanical aptitude
- A high level of analytical ability to identify solutions to human, technical, or administrative issues
- A High School diploma is required
Returning military vets with electronic or mechanical experience are highly recommended and encouraged to apply
**Must have a valid driver's license & clean driving record**
**Pre-employment drug screen & criminal background check is required**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $18.50 per hour
