CORA Physical Therapy has an opportunity for a Workers' Compensation Business Development Manager to support their Wisconsin Region. The ideal candidate will live in the Kenosha, Milwaukee, or Racine areas. This is a hybrid position with time split between the field (locations are within a 2-3 hour travel radius) and a home office. The Workers' Compensation Business Development Manager develops new prospects and interacts with existing contracts and customers to increase referral sources and expand market share.

The Workers' Compensation Business Development Manager will be responsible for the following:
• Make sales calls and on-site visits with industry representatives and MD offices in order to grow business
• Manage accounts and assigned territory to ensure increased referrals
• Develop Business Plan and manage to it
• Develop, expand and increase efficiency of Worker’s Compensation clinical care
• Track referrals and growth
• Analyze the market for trends and competitive opportunities and threats
• Develop and refine programs for employers and injured workers
• Support local marketing and safety events with industry representatives
• Ensure all contract satisfaction is being met in expectations, process and delivery of care
• Establish qualitative and quantitative goals with employers and review these on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage leadership and clinical staff expectations of prospective clients
• Attend sales and marketing meetings as required
• Support clinical staff and other marketing managers as required
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years sales experience, with a preference for experience in the Workers' Compensation Industry
