Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for diverse patient populations with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, tailoring each plan to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- using cutting-edge software to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes to maintain accurate records and facilitate communication with colleagues and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
- Diploma from a CAPTE-Approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy State License (Or In Process)
- Dedication to Providing Exceptional Quality of Care to Each of Your Patients
