Coral Crater Adventure Park is looking for a high-energy, mechanically inclined ATV Tour Guide & Technician to lead unforgettable off-road adventures and keep our fleet of ATVs running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead guests on thrilling side-by-side ATV tours through our unique crater terrain
- Ensure guest safety, deliver top-notch customer service, and share your knowledge of the area
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on ATVs between tours
- Keep the fleet clean, fueled, and ready for action
- Assist with general park duties and support the adventure team as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for the outdoors, off-roading, and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Basic mechanical skills and experience working on engines, preferably powersports or automotive
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license

Schedule:
- Full Time (40 hours a week) - You must have full availability (Meaning have availability to work all seven days of the week). Specific days of the week will be determined after training. Most schedules are 8am-6pm. Some days start as early as 7am and some as late at 9am.
- This is not a temporary hire. Please only apply if you plan on working the position for a minimum of a year.
The Fine Print. Awkward conversation but we have to have it :)
- When you are at the park you will be working during your entire shift. It is fun but it is also work.
- You must be willing to help clean, do errands and do maintenance around the park when asked.
- Must be professional in appearance. No facial piercings, no facial/neck tattoos, or no extreme makeup/hair.
- We will be checking references and doing a background check upon hire.
Pay:
Pay is $16.50 after training for full time. All guides go through a couple of weeks of extensive internal training. You will also start getting TIPS and commissions once you become a guide; Top guides average, with tips, around $30 per hour during the busy season.
As an employee you will also be eligible for a perfect attendance / performance monetary incentive each month, quarter and for the year. This incentive is equivalent to an additional $4 per hour on top of your normal pay. Please inquire during your interview.
During the off season there is opportunity for maintenance and projects at the park at your hourly rate to help you gain more hours if you are interested.
