Coral Shores Behavioral Health is an 80 bed state of the art behavioral health facility located in Stuart, Florida. The facility is an all adult, baker act receiving facility. The Manager of Dietary is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities of the Dietary Department which includes providing nutritional and attractive meals for patients and facility employees, maintaining an organized and sanitary environment, monitoring supply inventories and purchasing food and supplies as required, ensuring proper storage of food and supplies and managing effective dietary staff in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, patient care plans and appropriate regulations.
