CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a Director of Restaurant and Bar Operations to serve as a key resource for property-level restaurant and bar leaders across our portfolio. Responsibilities
- Act as a mentor and resource for property-level restaurant, bar, and culinary leaders, fostering a culture of empowerment and innovation.
- Promote CoralTree’s core values by serving as an ambassador of the company’s mission and culture.
- Oversee the development and execution of operational strategies to optimize guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and efficiency.
- Help to develop our Standard of Care processes and policies for restaurants and bars, and ensure consistent adherence to Standard of Care procedures across all restaurant and bar outlets.
- Collaborate with property leaders to analyze financial performance, including food and beverage costs, labor management, and profitability metrics.
- Support budget planning and forecasting for restaurant and bar operations.
- Provide coaching to enhance leadership skills at the property level.
- Develop training programs to improve service standards, menu execution, and operational consistency.
- Work alongside restaurant and bar teams when positions are vacant and work alongside recruitment teams and other leaders to provide taskforce support.
- Partner with property teams on menu development, concept enhancements, and marketing initiatives tailored to local markets.
- Identify trends in food, beverage, and guest preferences to drive innovation that is unique to each property.
- Partner with home office food and beverage development teams on new openings and transitions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant or bar operations leadership within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire teams at all levels.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing performance data.
- Ability to travel up to 75% to support properties across the portfolio.
- Culinary experience a plus.

Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000/yr. 20% bonus potential
Location: This is an on-site position based in our office in Englewood, CO.
