Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all four locations, ensuring high standards in service, quality, and guest experience
- Lead and develop management teams, fostering a culture of positivity, teamwork, and accountability
- Implement operational strategies to maximize revenue, streamline efficiencies, and enhance profitability
- Work closely with leadership to support brand expansion and future growth initiatives
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to drive traffic and customer engagement
- Maintain a hands-on approach, regularly visiting locations to support teams and enhance guest satisfaction
- 5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, preferably in an upscale casual or high-energy environment
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and guest experience
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiencies, and growing brands
- Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, P&L management, and forecasting
- Energetic, adaptable, and excited about working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
