We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded Engineering and Security Coordinator to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort team!
The Engineering and Security Coordinator is a dual-support administrative professional responsible for streamlining daily operations for both departments. This individual handles Alice service tickets, tracks preventive maintenance activities, supports invoice and purchase order processes, and maintains accurate records, including labor hour allocations across multiple property entities such as the hotel, marina, and shared facilities. The Coordinator also plays a key role in vendor coordination, guest and resident support, and key access control.
Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Finance with calendar management and planning: 30 minutes each morning to organize the daily schedule and 30 minutes each afternoon to ensure preparedness for the next day.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to both the Director of Engineering and Director of Security
- Manage and distribute incoming Alice service requests; ensure timely follow-up and closure
- Track and file work orders, inspection checklists, incident reports, and maintenance logs
- Prepare, submit, and track purchase orders; coordinate with Accounting to reconcile invoices
- Maintain supply inventory and ensure timely reordering for both departments
- Coordinate vendor and contractor access, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols
- Assist with key access control processes, including issuing and logging resident and contractor keys
- Assist Security with SALTO system administration and key issuance for marina and residents
- Track employee attendance and assist with payroll documentation, ensuring hours are accurately allocated across hotel, marina, and shared facilities
- Log and follow up on guest and resident concerns or safety incidents
- Maintain confidentiality in all departmental records and communications
- Manage flow of incident reports and fire panel documentation for Security
- Assist with shift coverage communications and daily activity reporting
- Support execution of emergency preparedness initiatives, trainings, and drills

Required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Alice ticketing system
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with various departments
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities, or Criminal Justice
- Experience in luxury resort or mixed-use property settings
- Familiarity with purchase order systems and invoice reconciliation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Sit or stand for extended periods
- Navigate both indoor and outdoor areas of the property
- Regular use of computer, phone, and two-way radio
- Combination of office, indoor, and outdoor environments
- Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and property-related maintenance activity
