We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Events Manager to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort team!
Responsibilities
The Senior Events Manager is responsible for coordinating the service efforts between sales, banquets and all applicable departments to ensure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenues. The Senior Events Manager is responsible for planning all details of group customer stay and events and managing client requirements to ensure that events run smoothly and accounts are kept in order.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of food and beverage sales, strong business acumen, a proven track record of creativity, and excellent communication skills. Applicants are required to have previous experience in hospitality service-related positions, including management experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on group needs.
