POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT
Moss’ Senior Manager, Events will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of Moss’ event portfolio (includes community outreach and sponsorships), ensuring that each event aligns with our brand standards and contributes measurable impact. This role is essential for driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making, efficient resource allocation, and proactive team management. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in managing large-scale events, leveraging data for impactful reporting, and mentoring a high-performing team. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with Moss’ business objectives, enhancing brand presence, customer engagement, and employee experience.
- Create a data-informed planning process, defining clear KPIs, milestones, and success metrics for each event, ensuring measurable impact and informed decision-making.
- Lead event experience, integrating market trends and audience insights to design meaningful, engaging, and purposeful moments.
- Lead procurement / delivery of swag and branded merchandise related to events in collaboration with the brand team.
- Preserve and promote the Moss culture.
