Specific Responsibilities
- Executing impactful and highly sensitive client requests and deliverables for publicly traded companies, as well as firm-wide research
- Managing ad hoc requests and prioritizing projects according to business needs
- Providing project management support for complex, multi-month engagements
- Documenting feedback from client calls/communications and developing clear plans to address relevant action items
- Communicating directly with clients and other members of the engagement team on status of key milestones and deliverables
- Selectively leading calls with key client executives as needed
- Performing research and analysis on capital markets, economic news, and emerging trends
- Working proficiently in Microsoft Office Suite and 365, as well as financial technology programs utilized by our firm
- Developing PowerPoint presentations for external and internal meetings
- Preparing for and attending client meetings
- Developing strategic recommendations that reflect both the knowledge of our clients’ business and objectives, as well as creative thinking to continuously drive the business
- Supporting senior leadership and broader teams on ad hoc requests and projects
- BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, economics, or like studies required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience; capital markets, investor relations, and/or sell-side experience a plus
- Strong communications skills, with ability to distill complex information into actionable recommendations
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with senior executives
- Proven analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
- Ability to build reporting dashboards and provide insights and recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making
- Advanced organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize requests, establish workflow procedures, multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and deliver on assigned objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to translate written or spoken communication into graphical representations
- Friendly, high-energy, team-focused, and can-do attitude a must
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
