Kenly 95 Petro is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our property. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests by keeping outdoor areas neat, safe, and well-maintained.
Requirements:- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaped spaces.
- Perform routine lawn care such as mowing, trimming, and watering.
- Remove litter, debris, and trash from designated areas.
- Assist with minor landscaping projects and seasonal maintenance tasks.
- Perform snow and ice removal during winter months, if applicable.
- Report any property damage or safety hazards to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance preferred.
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
- Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude.
