Our Iron Skillet team is looking to expand with an Assistant Manager! This position is guaranteed $18/hour, Full-Time! This position does require weekend and holiday availability! You MUST have Full-Service Restaurant Assistant Management Experience!

Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of QSR (fast food) experience
- Must have considerable knowledge in food preparation, presentation and portion control
- Experience with managing inventory
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a high-volume store
- Must be knowledgeable in training employees and setting expectations
Responsibilities:
- Create an experience that every customer will seek to repeat
- Train and educate team members about our culture, standards and operations
- Supervise and guide all staff to ensure consistency with all food products
- Prepare and adjust the schedule for all staff to meet the demands of our customers
- Follow all policies and procedures regarding sanitation and sanitary food handling
- Execute all ordering and inventory management
- 100% accountability for total food cost and total labor cost
- Control costs by training and educating team members
- Create a fun, safe and energetic working environment
