What You’ll Do
As a Panel Installer, you’ll play a crucial role in the assembly and installation of aluminum panels for high-profile commercial projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Expertly installing and fabricating aluminum panels.
- Ensuring quality by mastering repair techniques and maintaining attention to detail.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Operating a variety of hand and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, utility knives, etc.).
- Running smooth, precise caulk lines.
- Preparing materials for upcoming work and maintaining a clean, safe worksite.
- Collaborating with team members to deliver projects on time and to standard.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Here’s what we’re seeking:
- 1 years of commercial construction experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of construction fundamentals, including tape measure usage and tool operation.
- A high level of accuracy and focus on delivering quality work.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights using company-provided safety equipment.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for projects, with potential overnight stays.
- The ability to lift up to 75 pounds with frequent bending, lifting and twisting.
- Reliable transportation to meet the needs of the position.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Employment contingent upon passing required pre-employment screenings, in compliance with applicable laws.
