The Marketing Specialist helps CORD Financial Services tell their story to current and potential new customers throughout the ATM industry. This position is responsible for the design of marketing campaigns, lead generation and execution of the company’s website and social media presence that make strong and salient connections with the target audiences and aiding in the launch of a loyalty program throughout CORD.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes short and long-term marketing improvement plans.
- Designs and develops effective marketing materials for current and new campaigns to drive greater company awareness in the ATM industry.
- Generates reports showing customer behavior using analytics and reporting tools.
- Performs research on competitors and provides comparative analysis.
- Designs, writes, and executes marketing content for various social media platforms – this includes maintaining blog presence.
- Assists Senior Marketing Manager with branding the company in different markets/customer segments.
- Participates in and contributes to brainstorming sessions with Senior Marketing Manager and CORD’s leadership team.
- Applies graphic design skills to enhance marketing content.
- Partners with Senior Marketing Manager with trade show/exhibition schedule, planning, and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business. 2 years’ proven experience working with digital marketing campaigns; strong project management skills and ability to assertively prioritize tasks based on direction; excellent organizational skills with extreme attention to detail; professional level communication skills – written, verbal and presentation; strong collaboration and relationship building abilities; advanced skills with all social media platforms, intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) are a plus.
