Spherion has partnered with a leading Brazos Valley employer seeking a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will help to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer conversion. This role requires expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, Meta advertising, graphic design, brand management, content creation, content calendar management, social media posting, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset with a strong analytical approach to optimize marketing efforts and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic and improve search rankings.
Analyze and interpret Google Analytics data to optimize content performance and marketing strategies.
Plan, execute, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to drive targeted engagement and conversions.
Create and oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, website content, and social media updates.
Design and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Oversee brand identity and positioning, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, and visual assets.
Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging social media platforms.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website updates.
Familiarity with PPC advertising and paid search campaigns.
Experience in brand storytelling and visual marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, and digital media.
Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research tools.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
