Marketing Specialist

Full Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Specialist to assist our team with content creation for our email marketing, social media, digital marketing, advertising, print marketing, and website. This role would ideally be filled by someone who blends creativity with our current branding with the ability to work both independently and in a small team. This role will be graphic design heavy. The company is Systems Office Furniture in College Station, TX which will need marketing for both ecommerce and office services.

Duties:

• Oversee and develop email marketing and social media campaigns across multiple channels
• Create email automations and win back strategies for our online store
• Develop promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, sales sheets, and other forms of digital and print literature
• Manage social media including content creation, scheduling, and lead generation
• Edit videos that can be used for content on our YouTube channel, social media, advertisements, and our website
• Analyze marketing trends and customer insights to improve brand visibility
• Utilize SEO best practices in optimizing website content to improve search engine rankings
• Assist with the maintenance of the company website using WordPress to ensure that content is up to date and engaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 2 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the furniture or retail industry.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms (we use Omnisend), and basic design software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with SEO on Google, Google Shopping, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
