Due to our growing membership, we are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Member Services Representative II to join our Corda Credit Union Team at our new North Liberty location. Our staff offers top-notch customer service, assisting our members at our branches. Our talented and trusted Member Service Representatives provide information about products and services, conduct transactions, and assist our membership while providing financial solutions that meet their financial needs. They are the smile that our members see as they enter our branches!

Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, transactions and requests are handled appropriately
- Source, open, service, and maintain checking, savings, IRA, HSA, and CD accounts as well as meeting sales and service goals through financial conversations resulting in deepening member relationships
- Build awareness of new products and services, and identify customer needs to capitalize on the business referral opportunities
- Track, record, and report transactional information accurately, complete comprehension of account policies and procedures, accurate accounting of vault cash and balancing teller GLs daily
- Work with other team members to complete daily tasks while demonstrating respect and professionalism, being prompt, and support the leadership team as needed
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in a bank or credit union
- Proficiency in open checking, savings, and HSA accounts
- Experience opening and handling CD and IRA accounts
- Proven track record of upselling bank or credit union services and products
- Excellent active listening and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in collaborative team settings
