Due to our growing membership, we are currently seeking a full-time, Member Services Representatives to join our Corda Credit Union Team and Family. Our staff offers top-notch customer service, assisting our members at our branches in the Cedar Rapids and Marion areas. Our talented and trusted Member Service Representatives provide information about products and services, conduct transactions, and assist our membership while providing financial solutions that meet their financial needs. They are the smile that our members see as they enter our branches!

Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, transactions and requests are handled appropriately
- Handle transactions for members including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier's checks, and establishing new accounts
- Build awareness of new products and services, and identify customer needs to capitalize on the business referral opportunities
- Track, record, and report transactional information accurately
- Work with other team members to complete daily tasks while demonstrating respect and professionalism, being prompt, and support the leadership team as needed
