- Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs, maintaining positive guest relations at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Use designated cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations.
- Set up and organize work station with supplies and equipment, replenishing as needed.
- Check and maintain dishwashing machine according to specifications.
- Handle and position wares correctly in dishwashing machine.
- Inspect washed wares for cleanliness and condition, re-washing as necessary.
- Sort, stack, and store cleaned wares in designated areas.
- Handle wares carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
- Monitor usage of dishwashing machine and chemicals for efficiency.
- Clean and maintain garbage disposal, compactor, and other equipment.
- Clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
