Accounting Analyst
Hybrid - 2 days in office
55k-$65k 10% bonus
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Analysis :
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Account Reconciliation :
Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Resolve discrepancies and variances in a timely manner.
Reporting :
Prepare and present financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Compliance & Auditing :
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
Process Improvement :
Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes and recommend enhancements.
Support the implementation of automation tools and system upgrades.
General Accounting :
Handle accounts payable / receivable functions as needed.
Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of professional experience in accounting or financial analysis.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP, IFRS).
Proficiency in accounting software NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
