The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is seeking an elite Food and Beverage Service Director to lead day-to-day operations at one of the premier clubs in Texas. Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
Direct the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service execution and operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism in line with world-class club expectations.
Monitor and manage all operational aspects, including scheduling, staff deployment, labor costs, inventory, and overall financial performance.
Collaborate closely with Director of F&B, Executive Chef, Beverage Manger, and events teams to align all departments and deliver exceptional, cohesive member experiences.
Staff Development and Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous growth and development.
Lead by example with a focus on purpose-driven leadership, inspiring the team to deliver personalized and heartfelt service.
Create and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure consistency in service excellence.
Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and feedback to enhance team productivity and morale.
Member Engagement and Experience
Cultivate meaningful relationships with members, engaging with them regularly to ensure their preferences are understood and exceeded.
Actively anticipate member needs, tailoring service experiences to align with individual expectations.
Serve as a visible and approachable presence on the floor during peak times, ensuring every guest feels valued.

Requirements :
Experience and Skills
A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, ideally at an high-end private club, luxury hotel, or fine-dining establishment.
A proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Extensive experience in operational oversight, including scheduling, budgeting, labor management, and inventory control.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Expertise in staff training, coaching, and creating high-impact development programs.
