**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement category strategy for professional services that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and cost-saving targets.
- Conduct detailed analyses of current spending patterns to identify opportunities for savings and efficiencies in Finance, Legal, and HR areas.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure optimal service levels and cost-effectiveness.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement decisions in financial services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Stay informed about market trends and best practices in financial services procurement to continuously improve strategies and processes.

**Qualifications**
- 6 years of sourcing and procurement experience specifically in professional services, with at least 3 years of experience in a management role.
