The HCP Engagement Sr. Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, communicating, implementation, and evaluating HCP Engagement programs that involve working with external entities and their corresponding resources as well as with the company's internal resources. May manage project and/or program managers within assigned program and/or project. Works within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.

Accountabilities
- Manage global data base for HCP consulting, contracting execution and timesheet completion, tracking hours and payments for HCP Engagement and other cross functional departments.
- Manage share drive for HCPs & HCOs, collection of data, distribution data & other information
- Manage new supplier/ payment set up
- Work with HCC/legal on HCP contracts/SOW’s, for execution of signatures, tracking of expiration dates
- Process Purchase Orders for non-HCP vendors
- Execute other administrative/project management duties as needed
- Support HCP Engagement activities as needed
Expectations
- Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments
- In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area
- Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently
- May modify processes to resolve situations
- Works independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments
- May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Responsible for payment tracking and reporting, requesting proof of payments and monthly cross reference checks with HCP’s and business stakeholders across the business.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- Expert in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
