This position is 100% in office at our corporate office, located in Endicott, NY.
We’re seeking a Procurement Data and Project Coordinator to lead financial analysis, RFP evaluations, and performance management for a diverse customer base. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, project coordination skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial & Performance Analysis: Analyze financial data, contracts, and key performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- RFP & Bid Management: Develop, analyze, and evaluate RFPs, ensuring optimal pricing and service value.
- Customer Account Oversight: Manage financial and operational performance for 50 customer accounts.
- Reporting & Documentation: Create financial reports, cost analyses, and client presentations using Excel, Smart Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Schedule and lead customer meetings, business reviews, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and enhanced service value.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Background in customer account management, project coordination, or consulting. (2 years)
- Experience in procurement, RFP development, financial analysis, or business analytics.

- Use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Strong listening and professional speaking/presentation skills.
- Familiarity with browser compatibility, mobile technology, and remote assistance tools.

Pay Rate - Job Culture - Benefits:
· Pay Rate: Starting at $25.00/hour.
· Location: In Office – Endicott, New York - must reside within a commutable distance – no relocation package offered.
