Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries with professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and accurately.
- Provide detailed information about products and services offered.
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges following company policies.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
