Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, solutions-oriented, and capable of handling customer interactions across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, identifying the root cause, and selecting the best solution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software (CRM systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
