Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize executive schedules and appointments
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
- Assist in drafting correspondence and communication with internal and external parties
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and staff
- Support project management by tracking progress and deadlines on various initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
