Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This role involves managing front desk operations, answering inquiries, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Respond to customer inquiries, both in-person and via phone or email.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or direct them to the appropriate department.
Front Desk Operations:
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Handle check-ins, registrations, and other visitor-related procedures.
- Monitor and manage office security protocols, such as issuing visitor badges.
Administrative Support:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff or office resources.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between visitors and staff, ensuring clear communication.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services, policies, and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., phones, copiers).
- Ability to maintain a professional and calm demeanor under pressure.
