Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and organize office files, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members as needed.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and reorder supplies to ensure availability.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during meetings, and distribute documentation as required.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and respond promptly to client emails and phone calls.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office management qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in other administrative roles.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
