We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This pivotal role requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, as you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere in our office. As an Office Receptionist, you will manage the front desk operations, including greeting and directing visitors, handling incoming phone calls, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Manage the office's front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle scheduling and coordination of appointments for staff members
