Job Description :
As a Receptionist / Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will provide administrative support, assist with clerical tasks, and maintain the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet residents, visitors, and families in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with coordinating activities and events for residents.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Provide support to management and staff as needed.
