Now, we’re seeking an energetic, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager who is passionate about health and wellness to amplify our impact and grow our patient community.

Position Overview: Are you a marketing leader who thrives on creating strategies that genuinely connect with people? Do you have a passion for growing patient communities and engaging with a like-minded, wellness-focused team? As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind every patient touchpoint, from their first interaction to long-term care. You’ll lead our internal and external marketing efforts with a sharp eye on increasing new patient flow and building lasting relationships with those we serve. We currently have 2 locations (Galleria area and Greenway Plaza) with a third location opening in Q3 this year. This provides many opportunities for growth and additional compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision & Execution:
  • Craft and implement a powerful, data-backed marketing strategy to attract new patients and foster deep connections with existing ones.
  • Set quarterly and yearly goals for patient growth and retention, maintaining a strategic budget to drive results.
  • Analyze patient demographics, local market trends, and the competitive landscape to continuously refine and elevate our marketing approach.
  • Internal Marketing – Building Community Within:
  • Create engaging campaigns that make patients feel part of our health-focused family, boosting loyalty and driving referrals.
  • Design programs that nurture and educate patients on the full benefits of chiropractic care.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless integration of internal campaigns, enhancing the patient experience every step of the way.
  • Organize in office events and workshops to educate our patients, build community, and encourage referrals
  • External Marketing & Community Connection:
  • Represent CORE Chiropractic at local events, lunch and learns, other external events, expanding our presence and making meaningful connections in the community.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local businesses, health professionals, and organizations to create lasting alliances that generate patient leads.
  • Identify and organize events for corporations that will align with the types of patients we serve and want to attract to the office, including health fairs and lunch and learn workshops.
  • Digital Marketing – Engaging Patients Online:
  • Lead our online presence with creative campaigns across social media, email, and our website to captivate and connect with potential patients.
  • Maximize reach and effectiveness with SEO strategies and complementing our social media presence with targeted campaigns and outreach to the community.
  • Ensure every digital interaction aligns with our brand’s voice and connects deeply with our audience through compelling stories and visuals.
  • This job is less digital and more face-to-face encounters and external outreach
  • Performance Analytics – Tracking Success:
  • Measure, analyze, and report on marketing effectiveness to drive continuous growth and improvement.
  • Set up regular check-ins and tracking for key metrics like patient volume, retention, and campaign ROI.
  • Keep our marketing on the cutting edge by staying up-to-date with healthcare trends, new tools, and patient engagement strategies.

Who You Are:

  • A strategic thinker with 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within healthcare or wellness industries.
  • A relationship builder who knows how to connect with community members, businesses, and health organizations.
  • Skilled in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management, CRM software) and experienced in driving new patient acquisition and retention.
  • An excellent communicator with a knack for storytelling that resonates with people on their health journey.
  • Creative and data-driven – you know how to blend analytical thinking with imaginative campaigns that bring results.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
